 Each day our grooming calendar is very full, we schedule appointments back-to-back, and we turn people away because those spots are filled.

Unfortunately, too many people have cancelled with very little lead time, or simply don't show up.  Please be aware that we have a 24 hour cancellation policy.  If you do not contact us before the 24 hour window you will be responsible for 50% of the amount of the groom. If you no-show completely for your groom you will be responsible for the entire amount of the grooming appointment. I wish that we did not need this policy but too many people fail to show up for their scheduled appointment.  Our groomers rely on a full day of grooming to make their living wage so not showing up without a call is extremely disrespectful and affects our groomers well-being.  If you have any questions about this policy please do not hesitate to contact us.
